Client Brief : “How can we design a support tool for a Manchester night out? Something that would help a person engage with the city in a safe and enjoyable way.“

Work Process.
User Journey.
We created user journeys a series of steps which would represent a scenario in which a user might interact with the prototype. This based on research and data.
Interviews.
Qualitative research interviews involving asking open-ended questions to converse with respondents and collect elicit data about the subject matter. Interviews where conducted with a sample of theManchester population.
Testing.
In Person user testing. To gain insights from your users , looking into, why and how they use your products. The tests helped us to better understand the users and what they are trying to achieve with the product.
Tools Used.
Silent Brainstorming.
A technique for generating ideas while everyone remains quiet. This allows participants to think without distractions or influence from other members of the group, and helps combat problems with groupthink and social loafing common to traditional sessions.
Team Canvas.
The Team Canvas is Business Model Canvas for teamwork. It is a tool to help organise team alignment meetings and bring members on the same page, resolve conflicts and build productive culture, fast.
Dotmocracy.
Dotmocracy is a simple method for group prioritization or decision-making. A method to use in processes where prioritization or decision-making is the aim. The options or ideas are written on post-its and stuck up on a wall for the whole group to see. Each person votes for the options they think are the strongest, and that information is used to inform a decision.
