Project Tools
Stinky Fish.
Stinky Fish:Team building exercises to help create openness and "clear the air" within a group. The stinky fish is a metaphor for "that thing that you carry around but don’t like to talk about - but the longer you hide it, the stinkier it gets."
By putting "stinky fish" on the table, participants relate to each other, get more comfortable sharing, and uncover areas for learning and development.
Mash-Up Innovation.
Mash-ups is a collaborative idea generation method in which participants come up with innovative concepts by combining different elements together.
In a first step, participants brainstorm around different areas. In a second step, they rapidly combine elements from those areas to create new, fun and innovative concepts.
Negative Brainstorming.
Negative Brainstorming: Flip the key question to its negative form and ideate around that. For example, how could Hyper Island create the world’s worst Toolbox? After brainstorming the negative ideas, explore what happens when they are inverted.
The Solution.
It’s more than just a Vending Machine.
It’s a Concept.
The Vending Machines.
The vending machines would be able to serve people with different types of food, hot and cold in different areas.
Reduce Waste.
By keeping track of what’s selling the best in a specific location, one would be able to tailor to needs of the costumers and with that also reduce waste.
Easy to use.
The vending machines are simple to use. A built-in algorithm is integrated to determine freshness and viability for sale.
User interface.
A High Fidelity Prototype of the Vending Machine user interface.
